TRAIN 40 matte-black steel module sited on an autumn Northeast property

Train

A private gym on your property.

Two sizes. One approach. A purpose-built steel module, insulated and finished off-site, delivered complete and connected where you want it.

20 or 40

Space to move.
Not just more machines.

The honest comparison. Both are built the same way. One is sized for a person, one is sized for a household.

TRAIN 20 interior — efficient strength and cardio layout with wall storage

20 ft module

TRAIN 20

Compact private fitness module.

Standard equipment

  • Power rack
  • Cable system
  • Back system
  • Leg machine

The tradeoff

  • One person trains at a time. Two is tight.
  • No turf lane and no open functional floor.
  • No cardio in the standard layout — it comes out of the strength footprint.
  • No dedicated stretch or mobility zone. You use the floor in front of the rack.
  • Storage is wall-mounted, not a storage zone.

Best for

  • Single-user training
  • Smaller lots
  • First Homebase

Site

  • Prepared placement pad
  • Delivery access
  • Power service

TRAIN 40 interior — power rack, platform and open floor under warm light

40 ft module

TRAIN 40

Full private fitness environment.

Standard equipment

  • Power rack
  • Cable system
  • Back system
  • Leg machine
  • Additional rack and platform
  • Expanded free weights
  • Cardio
  • Functional / open floor
  • Turf lane
  • Storage

The tradeoff

  • The decision is space to move and multiple users, not simply more machines.
  • Forty feet needs the access and the placement area to match. A 40 ft set is a bigger delivery than a 20 ft set.

Best for

  • Households and families
  • Two people training at once
  • Strength plus conditioning

Site

  • Prepared placement pad
  • 40 ft delivery access
  • Power service

Moveability

Build it here. Take it with you.

A Homebase sits on a prepared pad, not a foundation you are married to.

An addition stays with the house. A Homebase does not have to.

It is a manufactured structure, set down rather than built in place. Power is connected, water and drainage where recovery is included, and the module is levelled on the pad. All of that can be undone.

Can you move it? →

Relocation is real, not automatic. It depends on access for a crane and transport, the pad at the new property, the utility runs at both ends, and what has been built around the module since it was set. We assess each site rather than promise every one.
