TRAIN 20 compact steel module at dusk in a treed residential backyard

20 ft module

TRAIN 20

Compact private fitness module.

TRAIN 20 is a purpose-built private training space on a 20 ft high-cube steel module. Built off-site. Delivered finished. Connected on your property.

Standard equipment is a power rack, a cable system, a back system and a leg machine. That is a complete strength setup — press, pull, squat, hinge, carry — in a compact footprint.

Configure a full 20 ft turf lane and the length becomes the point: sled pushes, drags, carries, drills and floor work down the long axis, strength lined along the wall opposite. More than one person can train at once.

Complete strength

Power rack, cable system, back system, leg machine. Every basic movement pattern is covered.

Twenty feet of turf

An available turf lane runs the full length of the module — sled work, carries, drags, drills and warm-ups.

Steel platform

High-cube modular steel structure. Insulated, sealed and finished for year-round Northeast use.

It moves

Set on a prepared pad, not a permanent foundation. If you move, it can go with you.

Moveability

Build it here. Take it with you.

A Homebase sits on a prepared pad, not a foundation you are married to.

An addition stays with the house. A Homebase does not have to.

It is a manufactured structure, set down rather than built in place. Power is connected, water and drainage where recovery is included, and the module is levelled on the pad. All of that can be undone.

A sealed, coated shell is also part of why a Homebase can be relocated rather than demolished. The structure that gets lifted off the pad is the same steel box we sealed in the shop.

Can you move it? →

Relocation is real, not automatic. It depends on access for a crane and transport, the pad at the new property, the utility runs at both ends, and what has been built around the module since it was set. We assess each site rather than promise every one.
