What Homebase is
Private fitness and
recovery infrastructure.
Homebase Fitness builds private fitness and recovery infrastructure.
Each build starts as a high-cube steel module. It is insulated, finished and fitted out off-site, delivered to your property, connected, and handed over ready to use.
We design the environment, not just the box. Layout, light, materials, equipment and the sequence you move through are all part of the build.
What it is not
- We do not sell containers.
- We do not sell sheds.
- We do not sell equipment.
- We are not a general contractor working in your driveway.
- The steel module is the platform. What you buy is the finished environment.
Manufactured off-site
Built under
a roof.
A high-cube steel module is squared, insulated, clad, glazed and fitted out in a controlled shop. It arrives at the property finished, is set on the prepared placement area, connected and commissioned.

The Northeast
The climate is
part of the product.
The Northeast is part of the product. Snow, cold and short winter days are the reason a private space on your property gets used when a drive to a gym does not.
Ski houses, lake houses, second homes and year-round properties all have the same problem: the training space either exists on the property or it does not happen.
We build for that climate deliberately — sited, sealed and finished for year-round use in this part of the country.

Moveability
Build it here. Take it with you.
A Homebase sits on a prepared pad, not a foundation you are married to.
An addition stays with the house. A Homebase does not have to.
It is a manufactured structure, set down rather than built in place. Power is connected, water and drainage where recovery is included, and the module is levelled on the pad. All of that can be undone.
Relocation is real, not automatic. It depends on access for a crane and transport, the pad at the new property, the utility runs at both ends, and what has been built around the module since it was set. We assess each site rather than promise every one.
